[VIDEO] Piotr Mitręga, threatening to death the mother of his own child, cheated the Court in Poland. He lies to friends, slanders his ex-partner and our editorial office. Did the Warsaw lawyer Rafał Wąworek help him in the illegal removal of the child?

We present a film from the corridor of the District Court in Szczecin, where the hateful father Piotr Mitręga shows that he will cut off the head of the mother of his own child Aleksandra Kaczmarska. The mother considers these threats as real and notifies the Prosecutor's Office. Because in court, witnesses testified that the man deals in drugs and regularly consumes drugs.

Piotr Mitręga lies to the courts in Poland and Great Britain, 7-year-old Marcel will have better development prospects in Manchester than in Poland.

"Is he supposed to be the same drug addict, drug dealer and cheater as his father?" - asks the child's mother, Aleksandra Kaczmarska, who wants to protect her child from being brought up as a criminal.

- He even lies to his own friends that the Court of Manchester on Wednesday made a sure and binding decision. He forgot to state that next Monday the next hearing will take place, this time the main one. And that it will be where the Court will only analyze all the details of the whole drama - adds Marcel's mother.

We decided today to make public one of the most important evidence of the cunning, deceitful and unlawful action of Piotr Mitręga. These are the provisions arising from the application of his and his lawyer Rafał Wąworek submitted to the District Court in Szczecin on September 13, 2019.

At the time, they requested contact with Marcel until a decision was issued on October 4, 2019 resulting from the Hague Convention, which he had submitted in Great Britain for consideration by Piotr Mitręga District Court in Szczecin. He argued that he was so poor, homesick and would like to spend time by himself with his son in Poland.

The mother agreed because she had no intention of isolating the child from her dad. That is why the court appointed three consecutive days for such independent meetings: Friday, 13 September, Saturday, 14 September and Sunday, 15 September.

This was misused by Piotr Mitręga. Having the boy's British passport illegally carried with him, on Sunday, together with his father Ryszard Mitręga, they put Marcel in the car, lied to him that they were going to the swimming pool and took him to the airport in Poznań. There, with nothing Order of the District Court in Szczecin ordering the return of the child to the mother, they put Marcel on a plane and Piotr Mitręga escaped with him to Manchester.

He explained to me all his life that he had nothing for the Police, Prosecutor's Office and Courts. The law has no meaning to him. He feels the smartest in the world and he has all the others as losers, says a deceived mother who is now trying to get her son back legally.

After our publication yesterday, we received information that the Warsaw lawyer Rafał Wąworek could have been either an inspiration or a person supporting Piotr Mitręga him in this illegal breach of the decision of the District Court in Szczecin. Our information indicates that he was aware of what his client intends to do with the child after the Court has announced its Order. And he did not warn Piotr Mitręga not to break this Resolution. Because the law cannot be broken.

We tried yesterday to talk to lawyer Rafał Wąworek on this topic. But he threatened us with a criminal trial and claimed to be harassing him!

He did not answer the question whether he would call his client Piotr Mitręga in writing to return to Poland with his child immediately. And to comply with Polish law established by the District Court in Szczecin.
